You’ll appreciate its location right near the beaches (5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike) as well as its optimal south-facing exposure, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine all day long on its large terrace and in the garden.
The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, 50 meters from the shores of Lake Lannenec, providing access to the beaches of Fort-Bloqué on foot via the lakeside nature trail.
