This is an older condo which means that the living area was huge, loved how roomy it was in the living room. Well stocked with toilet paper trash bags and paper towels. Plenty of towels for the time we stayed. Just open the sliding door and you can hear the ocean, the walkway to the ocean was right out our back door. The living room furniture is what sold me to book here and it was so comfortable. Autumn took great care of anything I needed during our stay. We will come back here next fall..

The property may not seem like much from the road but once you get inside and open the balcony shutters your breath will be taken away. There is no better View than the one you'll have. You can watch the sunrise every morning stare at the ocean while you cook your meals. It really felt like we were on a private beach for the majority of our stay. The water was beautiful and clear, sand was soft, four Turtle nests were just in front of us, lots of Birds to watch, and everything you need for shopping and dining and last minute items you forgot we're just up the road. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries or problems. The on-site laundry was not expensive and was a great bonus. We would definitely return to this property.

We rented this property for a 9 day vacation with our family. The condo is ocean facing with a small deck on the first floor for two people to sit comfortably. The condo community is small and quiet. There is community laundry for a fee but not inside the unit.
Our family enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean, pool, and shopping. We found many places to eat nearby. The beach was private and quiet for relaxing as a family.
Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. The linens were clean but the floors appeared unswept and hastily cleaned. The owners were quick to respond but have yet to follow through with refunding for lack of cleaning.
