KITCHEN: fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, 4 electric burners.
SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. TV.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership of the residency. The pool is normally open from 15.06 to 30.09, according to the meteo.
Deposit 250 euros plus 50 euros returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 euros agreed in writing.
