Stayed here for a week on business in Santa Barbara and it was a perfect stay. Great property and host communication. Very convenient freeway access and a block walk to Sprouts and coffee shops. Definitely recommend.

The owners here for this Cute Beach Bungalow are super nice, one of the best beaches in all of Santa Barbara, East Beach, is only a two minute drive away...15 minutes if you walk. This place has all you really need a cool kitchenette, very nice bathroom, laundry too, the bed is super comfy...you even have a great little yard of your own - My wife and I really enjoyed the fact the Jack's Bistro & Famous Bagels & Sprouts are only a two minute walk away, took advantage of this several times. You'll enjoy your stay here and get that Beach Bungalow feel all at the same time!

Noisy due to local surface traffic. No air conditioning, but that was ok due to cooler nights. Overall pleasant.
