Relax at the Thülsfelder Talsperre, right near the beach. The vacation home has been ready for occupancy since March 2016 and features high-quality, modern amenities. Our non-smoking vacation home sleeps 6 and is ideal for families. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are available for your use during your stay with us. The front door key will be left for you in the key box before your arrival.
The open-concept living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen (refrigerator with separate freezer, electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all other items needed for daily use). The dining area seats 6 people. The living area features a cozy sofa and a TV. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The house has 2 bathrooms. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. In addition, all windows in the bedrooms have roller shutters. Pleated blinds are provided throughout the house for privacy. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. We look forward to welcoming you! The house is located directly on the Thülsfelder Talsperre in the newly developed Katzenstein vacation home community (enter “Im Katzenberg” into your GPS). The main beach is just 300 m away. Access is via the B72; take the Thülsfelder Talsperre Mitte exit. Also in the immediate vicinity: a large climbing forest, hiking trails, walking paths, a golf course, running, biking, an animal and amusement park, a play barn, an outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna and steam room, and much more.
