The property
Both the house and the village offer beautiful views. It is very close to the Jarama River, which is just a short walk away. 8 minutes from Patones de Arriba. Very close to the Pontón de la Oliva dam, a great starting point for excursions, as well as the Atazar reservoir and the village of Atazar.
The area is very quiet, ideal for unwinding and relaxing.
On the property there is a building used as a sculpture studio that is not available for rent.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave.
During the colder months, in addition to oil-fired heating, the house features a fireplace with an insert in the living room and a wood-burning stove.
The property, spanning over 13,000 m², features a large garden with a lawn, trees, a pond with plants, fish, and frogs, and a swimming pool. There are tables, chairs, benches, lounge chairs, and a hammock. There is also a wood-fired barbecue and a gas grill.
Within the grounds, there is a sculpture and painting studio and a sculpture workshop, which are not available for rent.
Guests will have access to hand soap, shampoo, paper towels, and toilet paper. Firewood and firelighters for the fireplace.
