About this house rental
This 6 bedroom + office, 5 bath + home gym is a custom home only blocks to/from the light rail and walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with Australian black granite, natural maple cabinets and 2 dishwashers for convenience. The top-of-the-line finishes are everywhere! The incredibly spacious master has its own private terrace! Rooms get plenty of light from giant windows. Cribs, high chairs, play area & more if you need. A ping pong table, air hockey & shuffleboard! Recently renovated backyard living - fire pit, grill, dining and 12x5 hot tub/swim spa.
The space
A warm welcoming front porch, leads you into the entryway. You'll find a large open living room and kitchen with a massive island and all the tools to cook a great meal. The island has a 4 person attached table, and the dining room is adjacent. A privately located study is off the front door. The powder room has unique teak and holly walls, normally used on sailboats and yachts. The steps to upstairs wrap around a curved wall with art nook. The master suite has vaulted ceilings, skylights, a large private patio and a two-way gas fireplace. The master bath features a steam shower and soaking tub. There are two other bedrooms and a shared bath on the upper level. There are laundry rooms both upstairs and in the main level mud room. The spacious family room in the basement has a wet bar and a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The basement has two more bedrooms and a bathroom, a HOME GYM! And costume room. Plus a bonus space With ping pong and shuffleboard!

The accommodations were just perfect for our large family. I say “accommodations” as opposed to “house” because there it is so much more than simply a place to sleep. The seating spaces were huge and perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen, open and stocked with everything imaginable, couldn’t have been better. The hot tub, outdoor seating and fire pit areas came in handy, as did the artificial-grassed side yard. The hosts provided everything conceivable, including toys, balls, corn-hole boards and bags, etc. Then you have “The Basement!” What can I say? A workout room replete with equipment, a playroom for both kids AND adults with shuffleboard, ping pong, air hockey, and even a wall-mounted Connect Four game and a seating/TV area. Then there was the “Pièce de résistance:” a costume closet/room chock full of wigs, clothing, sunglasses, hats, and accessories that occupied our children for hours (of course the kids put on a fashion show). How unique… AND FUN!Lastly the sleeping accommodations were perfect. Bedrooms, bedding, and bathrooms are all first class. Of course it goes without saying (but I’ll say it anyway) that the house was spotless. I probably missed some things, but you get the gist. Add that the owners were responsive, helpful, and easy going, and you get a 6 out of 5 stars for our review! Rent this home. You won’t be disappointed!! We were so impressed by this property and the owners. We were traveling with extended family from our preteen twins, 20 something nephews to my 70 something parents. It was perfect for everyone. All beds were cozy, the kitchen and living were huge and allowed us all to congregate easily for meals. The kids (and adults) had a blast in the game room. We usually like to get out and explore and use our rental as home base but we didn't want to leave this place. We stayed, played, dined and conversed and had the best time! The hosts have thought of everything and were so helpful and kind. We truly felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
