Welcome to Holiday Plaza Unit 309 located Ocean Block at 28th Street. This updated well-maintained 2- Bedroom, 1 Bath end unit is a 3rd floor walk-up featuring a private balcony with ocean views that will suit your family of six comfortably. Just one short block to Beach & Boardwalk. The Kitchen offers custom handmade cabinets, Corian counters & stainless-steel refrigerator, stove & microwave. There are plenty of windows for natural lighting. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed and a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Wifi is included. There is a laundromat located in the 28th Street Shopping Center which is directly behind Holiday Plaza. Very convenient.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents from Saturday to Saturday in season, any three nights in the off season. One assigned parking spot.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping, No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

I will start off by saying that we had a fantastic time in Ocean City. We arrived late, so the check in was really easy, minus figuring out where the rental company actually is. The signage was not great. Upon arriving it was a bit difficult to see the number for where to park my car. Figured that out. I was so very nervous about the condo because the exterior stairs and carpet was super sketchy with filth and just from not being maintained. We walked into the condo and was pleasantly surprised!! The interior of the condo was perfect! It was very clean and homey. It’s not far at all from the boardwalk and all fun things. I really would recommend this condo! Remember, don’t let the exterior fool you. A great place to stay.

Liked: It was very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Spacious, well stocked ,all amenities, except for laundry, but 24 hour laundromat across the street , loved the decor and had a cozy/ home like feel.
Disliked: very dusty. could use some maintenance and upkeep, all 3 beds were awful, very old and soft. Bed comforters were stained. We were there for the 4 th of July, and was peaceful and nice all week, but on the 4th there was a riot and a shooting right on our street and police failed to control the situation.
