This fantastically situation fully remodeled home sits in the heart of Troutdale, moments away from McMenamins Edgefield Golf Course and concert venue.
The open living, dining, and kitchen layout is perfect for small groups and families who want to maximize time together and have fun. The main level bedroom is a wonderful option for those where stairs can be a challenge. Heading into the backyard you will find an outdoor grill and patio seating which is always a hit whenever the weather allows. Another fantastic amenity is the garage that has been converted to a game room with a pool table for all to enjoy.
Ascending upstairs, you will find the three additional bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the other with two twin bunk beds allowing for a sleeping total of ten. This home is just a fantastic suburban home with that perfect blend of style and comfort making it an incredible option for anyone in the area. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
