Mid-level: On the middle level there is one king bedroom with an attached bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one pyramid bunk room with a shared bathroom. There is a den on this floor with a sleeper sofa and TV. A large covered deck with a hot tub sits just outside.
Top Level: The upper level has a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and a spacious living room for everyone to enjoy their evenings together, as well as a dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy all of their meals together around the table. This level has another king bedroom with an attached bath. Both the bedroom and living area access a screened porch with prime sound views and a large dining table. The adjoining open deck allows for even more space to enjoy time outdoors.
Ship's watch: A few steps up from level 3 is a bright and airy ship's watch with great spots for reading and relaxing.
Just a short walk or bike ride away are several of Corolla's best attractions. Stroll through Historic Corolla Park with its museums, Whalehead Mansion, and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. The Currituck Banks Reserve provides unique nature trails through canopies of live oaks and a walkway out to the sound. Experience what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer!

The house was gorgeous! It was so clean and comfortable for our group of 11. It's well stocked with pots/pans. We had plenty of space. The view from the deck was just beautiful. We enjoyed all being able to make meals and eat together. Thank you for a wonderful OBX trip. If staying in Corolla again, we'd book here!

Sound Sanctuary was wonderful - it's a brand new home with high end features, close to the beach and all amenities within the HOA. It's also a short drive to historic Corolla Village. The location is at the end of a cul-de-sac and very quiet with wonderful views of the bay side of the Outer Banks.

Beautiful brand new house with lovely views close to beach access and two pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and deck, and the cozy, modern interior came in handy when the weather did not cooperate. Huge, well equipped kitchen to prepare meals in. There were only 4 of us and it was well more than enough space for all, we could have easily had another family stay with us. Highly reccommend!

My family and I could not have been happier staying in this house. There was so much room for our multi-generational family of 6 and we loved the multiple decks, outdoor seating, hot tub etc. The house is very well-appointed with amenities, including fantastic HVAC, a beautiful kitchen and a great laundry room. The location is incredibly quiet with a beautiful view. The kids especially enjoyed the neighborhood pool.
