It’s also 10 minutes from Cape May and just minutes from great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and food markets (including the spot with the best potato salad in the area!).

Four (4) Cape May beach tags are included in your rental for access to some of New Jersey’s favorite beaches—but don’t be surprised if you fall in love with the peaceful bay and choose to spend your beach time right there.

We have been coming to Cape May area since 2021 and we love Villas, as for us they are the best of both worlds: the privacy of the residential neighborhood but close to all Cape May attractions without the constant bustle. Also, the bayside beach is very quiet and kid-friendly, plus it has the magnificent sunsets. We are so happy to have found Marina and Thomas' property. The house is beautifully renovated, very comfortably furnished and a phenomenal value with many very thoughtful touches and incredible attention to detail. It has the goods needed for a comfortable stay and everything is suberbly labeled and described. The patio is wonderfully developed, which is not usual for rental homes in this area, and a great place to have meals and hang out. The hosts also make the use of the garage possible, which is super convenient if you bring your own bikes or other gear like we did. The communication was prompt and precise. There are 4 tags for the main Cape May beach included, and we took advantage of them most days. Also we greatly appreciated that the linens and towels were included in the price, which unfortunately most properties no longer include, and it is a substantial add-on cost and hassle. Big thanks and would be very happy to rent again if they have us :-).

Cactus Cottage is great! Very clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and quiet. The location (a few houses from the Bay) was a bonus.

It was a great home to stay in with its cleanliness and coziness and backyard patio. We are looking forward to staying here again when we come to Cape May.
