Luxury villa Noir Vodice with pool, jacuzzi and sauna is a newly built villa for rent and vacation in Srima, not far from Vodice, only 2 km from the center of Vodice and about 300 m from the nearest beach and sea. This modern villa with pool is built on a plot of land with a total size of 400 m2, with a living space of 200 m2, which is divided into two floors connected by internal stairs.
On the spacious terrace in the fenced yard, there is a private heated pool of 40 m2 surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing and a private jacuzzi ideal for relaxing and enjoying summer days.
The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room with a specific corner sofa and modern chairs and an LCD TV. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom, in which there is a king size bed and an LCD TV.
On the first floor, there are three remaining bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. In one of the en suite bathrooms there is also a private sauna available to guests.
The rooms of the luxury villa Noir Vodice with pool, jacuzzi and sauna are fully air-conditioned. The villa also has underfloor heating, which is why it is also ideal for the winter period. Guests also have free access to WIFI.
