Our Finca Son Barbut Nou is situated in a very quiet rural location between Felanitx and Campos. The finca can accommodate up to 6 people plus a baby.
Can Guillem has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and the other has a double bed (all three have ceiling fans), but there is also air conditioning in all rooms. There is satellite TV and Wi-Fi throughout the house so you can surf the Internet even while on vacation. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, etc. The covered patio is perfect for dining in the summer; under the roof, the sun won’t beat down too harshly on your skin. The pool is available for your exclusive use, and there are lounge chairs available for all guests. On the covered patio, you’ll find a ping-pong table for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
The total price includes utilities and services such as electricity, water, final cleaning, housekeeping, bed linens, and towels. Only heating (heating mode on the air conditioner and the fireplace) is charged separately at €20 per night during the winter months. Shorter stays are also possible; please inquire in advance!
