Three bedroom two bath townhome in safe, quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located in Perry near downtown, I-75, and the GA National Fair Grounds. Plenty of space to enjoy with friends and/or family. Parking is only for 2 cars, and we had 3 cars. Street parking was a little hard. The property was nice and had what we needed for our stay. Taking out the garbage and washing the towels is not what I expected for the price of the unit.
