Private Cottage-Pet Friendly-5 min to Beach

Miss Toni's place was just right for our family for our weekend trip to the gulf coast area. We appreciated that it was priced comparable to area hotels, with privacy not found at hotels. I loved that her place was secluded somewhat, but close enough to restaurants, shopping and activities. Her place was clean and she provided many things for guest use. She has coffee and coffee creamer, waters, condiments, numerous seasonings and a very well stocked kitchen of all the basics and numerous appliances. There's a master bedroom with a queen bed and a small bedroom, next to the living room, perfect for two kids (with the cutest little twin beds). The best part of the whole house was the jacuzzi tub. It takes a while for it to fill, because there's no tub spout, only a shower head, but it was relaxing after it finished filling up. This time was a family trip. We definitely want to book again for a couples trip. Toni was a fantastic host and she's very responsive to messages.

Great property, away from the city noise but close enough to be able to enjoy the restaurants and the beach. The host, Toni is the best host we've ever had! She was very attentive to our needs and a delight to talk to. We will stay here again!

Great location with shops and restaurants close by. It was the perfect pet friendly place that everything in the house we could have needed. Communication with the host was quick and check-in and check-out very smooth. We highly recommend this to anyone traveling to the area.

Toni was the absolute best!!!! The atmosphere and environment is a must stay!!! So cozy!!!! We really enjoyed the stay and we will be back !!!
