Its location is a real asset: situated just 900 m from Anse à l'Ane beach, you can swim in turquoise waters and enjoy magnificent sunsets there. Between the Caribbean Sea and turquoise lagoons, you enjoy a unique setting in the heart of the Antilles.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you can easily reach the shops and restaurants of Anse Mitan and Trois-Îlets to alternate between absolute calm and entertainment.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family and spread over 3 levels, the house can accommodate up to 16 travellers. The villa comprises a main level, an upper mezzanine level hosting several sleeping areas, and a lower level comprising 2 small apartments.



Upon arrival at the main level, you will discover the large living room opening onto the terrace. It comprises sofas and a television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.



On the night side, you will find 2 bedrooms on the main level:

Bedroom 1: has a double bed with access to its en-suite bathroom (shower and WC)

Bedroom 2: has a double bed with access to its en-suite bathroom (bath and WC)



The upper level has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a double bed with a small sea view

Bedroom 2: has 2 single beds that can be pushed together with a small sea view

Bedroom 3: has a single bed and a trundle bed (ideal for 2 children or teenagers)

Bedroom 4: has a single bed and a trundle bed (ideal for 2 children or teenagers)



A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the floor.



The lower level (no wifi) includes 2 apartments:



The first apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed ideal for an adult or 2 young children, a kitchenette and a small terrace with a slight sea view. On the bedroom side, one bedroom

with a double bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the apartment.



The second apartment includes a lounge with a sofa, a bedroom furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a shaded terrace with partial sea views.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. For your comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a shaded terrace with its dining area and barbecue overlooking the pool. The pool, secured by an alarm and surrounded by sun loungers, will be ideal for relaxing afternoons facing the Caribbean Sea.
