With an open floor plan, the living room is perfect for family fun and bonding. This living room includes a pull-out futon that turns into an extra bed for friends and family. Entering the home, you are welcomed to a newly renovated kitchen, which opens to the dining and living room area.
You and your family will find the lanai/outdoor area to be the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation. The backyard is completely fenced, and the covered lanai area features mesh screens, furnished with a dining table for 6, and a flat screen TV. The backyard also features gas grills, lounge chairs, outdoor couches, an umbrella shade, and a 3-stool bar table.
In the master bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, a private in-suite bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a twin trundle, a work desk, and a sliding closet. The 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle and a sliding door closet. We loved the house, the lunai & pool !!!! The house was very well equipped, it had everything we needed but still minimalist. Great walking area. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. Beds , great room furniture, lunai & outdoor furniture we all comfortable . The pictures are real !!!! Any communication with Rebecca before & during our stay was handled quickly. We will be back Rebecca. !!!

Spent a month and it was great Rebecca was very responsive, no issues with the home, thoughtfully modern new decor, large kitchen, relaxing screen porch for dinners and the best pool!
