3 bed, 3.5 bath 2 story townhouse, gated home with a private pool. House is located on a dead end street, and features marble floors (with wood floors in bedrooms), 5 TVs (including outdoor TV overlooking the pool), master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, walk-in closet, a balcony overlooking the back yard/salt water pool with heater and a large en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, glassed in shower, and double sinks, 1 guest room has a large TV, a queen bed, and en suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a queen size beed and a full bathroom. The living room has a wood mantle with 75" TV and electric fireplace and the family room also features 2 couches with 60" TV. The backyard features a bar bq grill, a wet bar, a refrigerator, and seating with a fire pit table.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location (to beach, shopping, cuisine, et al). We had a great time with our kids ages 5 and 2; and special thanks to Darlene for leaving out the board games for us!
