Location was pretty good and convenient, supermarket and restaurants nearby. There was a new A/C, in the bathroom some stuff were new. The host was friendly and responsive. Internet connection was fast and working unproblematically. There is a washing machine to use in the building and lines to dry the laundry in the terrace. There was a small desk if you need to do some work. Kitchen has an insect net, but that's the only window with one. There were several everyday amenities like soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper, shower gel etc.

The apartment is at parts outdated. The owner tries to improve and renovate it which I appreciate but there is still lots to improve. I did not enjoy the kitchen and the bathroom. The bathroom had an intense odor coming from the drains and the window closure was broken. The kitchen is also very old and some cupboards don't even close. There was no coffee machine sadly just a water cooker. The stove had rust. The bedsheets and towels are old. The mattress was very soft, I was sinking in it and I'm 58kg. There was a 1m line to hang towels to dry out in the balcony which was barely sufficient for 1 person, can't imagine for more people. The balcony is tiny so sadly you can't use it. The big couch had very visible stains. They put a throw to cover/protect it but you'll see it fast. The flat is overly packed with little random decoration here and there which I find annoying because I prefer to have the useful space and electricity plugs available and not occupied by random stuff. Last, there is no noise insulation in the building and there were slamming doors very frequently from below. I booked this accommodation seeing a "9.6 exceptional" score which by no means reflected what I experienced and also compared to my experience from other places I've stayed over the years. Value for money maybe it is ok given the space and location, but by general standards it is not even close to a 9. Exceptional for me doesn't include stains, odors and old linens. So overall I would recommend to the owner to take hygiene a little more seriously and invest in improving and renovating the space and renewing the linens.

Super close to the beach and great restaurants. Antonis was lovely and helped us get aquatinted with the apartment.

The accommodation was really clean and the landlord very friendly and kind. The location is good, really close to centre and touristic streets. We are really happy with our choice
