Nice pools. Location near beach was great
The elevator situation was terrible. There were 2 elevators for a building of 16 floors. We sometimes needed to wait 20 minutes for room on the elevator.
Also there are cabinet doors missing in the kitchen.
One of the beds had broken slats that are held up with a 5 lb compound pail. Another bed had 2 thin mattresses on top of each other.

Location was good, wasn’t too crowded
The unit itself wasn’t as described. We had quite a few issues such as A/C not working (we kept door open & used a fan), refrigerator not working (lost quite a bit of food, this never got fixed) , facilities not being as described (pool areas run down)
Staff were generally nice and helpful. Shop in downstairs was very convenient.
