How big the rooms were and very close to the town centre.
Thought the shower needed to have more power, the oven needed a clean and the space between the oven and side of the cupboard was dirty, also the sliding wardrobe doors in the back bedroom kept sticking and came off the runners all together.

Good location great support from letting management team always in contact comfy clean bedrooms and plenty of space
Required a few more utensils like masher for potato,s ect and pans were needing updated other than that and no connection for TV from WiFi all was great

It was convenient for visiting family.
The shower leaked into the kitchen The ceiling was already patched as it had already collapsed due to water damage. It should have been completely repaired before letting the property out
