Appartement bien situé géographiquement et au calme.
Logement bien agencé, bien équipé.
Petite terrasse sans vis-à-vis + jardinet avec sortie direct, très appréciables.
Piscine hors service alors qu'elle est mise en avant dans le titre de l'annonce.
Parking ouvert sur la rue.
Local vélo inutilisable car rempli.

address on website inaccurate, real address is "Residence Marine", Flamboyant 2 flat 2, hence when in general location, it took us 15 minutes to find it and several enquiries. We had to telephone the host to find out which flat was ours and also the location of the key. This cost a good deal of money for us , as we do not have free roaming in Europe. Several subsequent calls and texts also cost us. The bedroom was totally inadequate as it had a King size bed which meant you could not shut the door and the person sleeping on the left hand side of the bed had to shuffle round or climb over to get in. Bin bag left for us did not fit the bin. fortunately, we had some with us. Outside light on garden patio does not work.
There were only towels for one person, when we are a couple. Another text required. This was rectified but the towels were totally different from those already supplied. No infomation pack was left with any local facilities, i.e. shops etc.
Worst of all was total lack of personal face to face contact with the owner.
