The place is quiet and comfortable for its rather small size, with easy access to the beach and a nice balcony with table and chairs. It is located far enough from the center area of Rowy and good for rest. All equipment, like tv, kitchen oven, kettle, refrigerator, water boiler in the bathroom and hairdryer, worked fine. You get to throw garbage to large bins in the back of the courtyard accessible via parking gate, sorted garbage supported.
There is just a small stove for 2 medium size pots. No dishwasher, no washing machine, so its rather meant for short stays. A proper dryer for pots would be needed. There was also no microwave oven.
