Good location and suitable for 4 people

Property listed as 3 double beds, 1 single bed, and a sofa bed. This is false. There are actually only 2 double beds, so two of our group of seven people had to stay on a sofa bed; we specifically booked this apartment to avoid this. The sofa bed then collapsed multiple times during the night and was completely broken. The maid replaced the broken half of the sofa bed the following day with a pop up temporary single bed. One of the loos didn’t work and there was only one shower for seven people. There was a very rude neighbour who shouted at our group and said she was calling the police when we arrived (this was a lie, obviously the police cannot be called on people for simply existing). Overall, my first poor experience using booking.com, unfortunately :(

Not the most comfortable stay.

The location is great for both airport pick-up and town centre. I think if you are a large group of friends that just need an overnight for this purpose the place is ideal. The neighbour was very friendly.

Overall the place is in need of some maintenance. The shutters were difficult to open and fasten, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, there was a hole in the bedroom floor, there were pots of soil round and about with no plants in and it generally felt unloved. We asked for a cot to be placed in the property but the sheet was soiled. The shower is a hand held thing over the bath that leaked continously. There is a parking place but it was way too small for our car (EV6) and would only suit a very small car. Communication with the host was not rapid. As we were getting ready to depart the cleaning lady entered the property without knocking shortly after 10am explaining that she has to catch a bus so had to arrive early. As a family group we just didn't feel comfortable here.

Great hosts, beautiful apartment, good location

The hosts were amazing, there to greet us warmly, and even helped us with our bags! They also put some water, food and wine in the fridge for us - awesome! The apartment was lovely, and in a great location a few minutes walk from the Old Town.

The only minor issues were that we couldn't login to the WiFi (the password didn't work!), and the multiple balconies, whilst providing a beautiful view, we're not too safe for little kids. We managed to kind of block the doors overnight to prevent sleep walking, but it would've been good to have interior locks on the doors, or at least know that the apartment was 4 stories up before booking! Otherwise, amazing stay - thank you so much!

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo el centro histórico a pie. Apartamento muy grande y bastante cómodo para un grupo grande. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente. Recomendable.

Por poner un pero, el ascensor pequeño y con sensación de no ser muy seguro.

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Die Unterkunft ist klasse, es gibt einen Aufzug (WHG ist im 3ten Stock) und liegt sehr zentral. Auch ist die Bushaltestelle (Flughafen) nur ums Eck. Es gibt in der Nähe ausreichend Cafés für Frühstück. Kontakt super freundlich und unkompliziert.
