Patagonia Cottage w/ Patio & Yard: Walk to Town!

The cottage is adorable! Rustic but with modern vibes. We loved our stay!!

Well located and well set up

Liked everything given the quirks of an old adobe and how the updates fit in with original structure. The bathroom latch could be improved and curtains on the windows in the living room might help keep the house from heating up in the afternoon during the summer months.

Convenient to the town and other areas.kitchen was well equipped with utensils, plates, etc.

The oven didn’t work. The guy came over and couldn’t fix it and we had two nights of dinners we brought that one we did in the microwave and the other on the stovetop. Both would have been better in the oven. Microwave did not work great I think to being low voltage. Washcloths were thin and looked like they came from a thrift store. Both washcloths and towels should be upgraded. Outdoor space was nice but would have been nicer if the debris would have been cleared - lots of spiders in it. Hand soap and dish soap were either watered down or poor quality - had to use twice as much.

The location was exceptional. The house was spacious and well equipped. A second bathroom would have been nice for the four of us, but we made due. The neighborhood is perfect for birding. Very quiet.

A second bathroom would have been nice. There are a few steps, i.e. kitchen to living room, but everything was very accessible. We enjoyed watching a hummingbird sitting on her nest very near the back door.
