Missing kitchen utensils for those who plan to prepare a meal as simple as a salad. It is not clear if the parking place belongs to the apartment or not. Furniture is to demanding, it requires a lot of care not to break or damage something, imho furniture should be simple and care-free for a place that is being rented as a holiday apartment.
