Compact and comfortable in a beautiful location.
Air conditioning system took a time to set. Cold in the morning night as the timer was out of sync.

The property was easy to find ,nice and rural but close enough to the town and all its amenities. It was extremely clean and well equipped and with a beautiful view across the field to the mountains.

Great location with being only 3 minutes outside of Te Anau. Pretty mountain views but somewhat strange being directly in front of the owners personal house. It was nice to look outside the window and see mountains and the sheep and horse. The owner was lovely as well and very helpful. The fudge was delicious and a nice touch.
It felt a bit like someone was just trying to make some extra cash on their property. The booklet wasn't filled out, the floor needed repairing and it felt a bit less cute and comfy and more like you were just on someone's property in the easiest way for them to make some extra income.
