Communication with the host was very relaxed and easy, and they always responded quickly. I arrived quite late on my first day, but the guard at the reception had the unit key ready for me, so there were no problems at all. The building is gated, secured and guarded 24/7, which made me feel very safe. The apartment actually offers more than what is listed in the description. I was able to use the washing machine, and there is also a TV in the apartment. The kitchen is excellent and very well equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals. The location is good, with plenty of shopping and grocery stores nearby. There is a smaller store just a few minutes’ walk away, while larger supermarkets, fast-food restaurants and other places to eat are also very close. The small fitness area just a few doors down on the same floor was the cherry on top for me. Overall, the value for money is absolutely excellent. I can highly recommend staying here and would definitely choose this place again.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is somewhat removed from the main tourist attractions. This is not a criticism, just something worth being aware of when booking. You will generally need a taxi to get to the main tourist spots.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einen großen Wasserbehälter zur Verfügung stellen und den Kund:innen mitteilen, dass man leere gegen volle direkt im Haus beim Wachpersonal tauschen kann.

Great apartment in a gated building with a 24-hour security guard. Very clean and everything in good working order. Beautiful upstairs terrace on the top floor overlooking the city. Make sure you go upstairs! Location was excellent making all the more popular locations easily accessible and walkable by foot. Kitchen was fully functional and useable for home-cooked meals while on the road. Host was very responsive and accommodated the request for cash payment (wire is also available).
