Easily reachable from Sipcot IT park and CMI.
Probably few more facilities like restaurant will help. The nearby food court does open only in the evening. For lunch and dinner people have to cross the road for Thalassary Restaurant.

Easily reachable, near NH. Staff members are polite and friendly.
Rooms are spacious. The elevator is well equipped. One food outlet is available nearby with various options.
Improvement always needed for more customers and business.

I had a great 1-night stay. The hotel is ideally located, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. I especially appreciated their flexibility in accommodating an early check-in — a big plus after a long journey.
I was disappointed to find that the kettle provided was not clean, which raised some concerns about attention to detail in housekeeping. With a bit more care in cleaning small appliances, this could easily be a much better experience.
Also, leakage in WC and dusting near the windows could be addressed by the Housekeeping team.

breakfast served at 8 AM, it was homely & mostly south Indian food. for lunch and dinner beside the property there is a food junction mostly young crowds are there. opposite of the road a multi cuisine family restaurant is there where you get authentic keralian thali. Wifi router at your room and my room was big specious.
room wall, doors require little repairing. they don't recharge TATA SKY , so you cant enjoy TV.
