Triumph White Sands Hotel

Such a memory to stay here. Not a busy area, the facility is new. Love the gym equipment. Beach is clean.

My stay was wonderful Staff were great special mention for head chef Hisham who made this trip fantastic with his wonderful hospitality and great food. Also the hotel manager was great

The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, with everything just a stone's throw away, and the beach is perfect. While the room could use some improvements, any issues can be quickly addressed. Overall, it's a solid choice!

Very disappointed to still be staying at this hotel. I was given a reservation for one and a half months to stay, but I ended up with a bad experience and a rude stay. The front desk didn't greet me on arrival. After we got the room, we were shocked that the room wasn't clean bed sheet it had been used former guest it had wrinkles. No free mineral water, no toiletries in bathroom, very dusty floor, dirt stains but not cleaned, drawer side table, bed and table sink for pantry with remaining food/biscuits, toilet bowl wall with some dirt/feces. Bacony is extremely small, and loud music comes from the adjacent building. The room has a connected room. My husband complained to the front desk about the room that we received. We have been able to switch rooms from 1118 to 1117. But still not satisfied because our sea view balcony is extremely small and cramped, they informed us that it is sea view, but the actual view is a side view, and we did not enjoy the sea view. My old hotel, we stayed at Beau Site Belle Vue more better sea view and friendly staff. Noise comes from the ceiling of the room. I guess if you have other visitors apart from of room, you are able to hear other visitors' noise due to the neighboring room. Scans bar codes to the Blues restaurant menu. Cannot open it stated a dangerous website, it can cause stealing or theft. WIFI very slow and often disconnected. The breakfast is poor. We had expected a good buffet breakfast, but we had been informed that breakfast is a fixed menu. We were served very plain fool and tameya, omelet egg, little cheese, and some pickles. No dessert, no yogurt. A restaurant without a buffet table. We order a latte or cappuccino, it costs extra. I reserved this hotel more than a month and expected the hotel staff to prepare us a good room, and I requested a good or upgraded room at the end. We had an unprepared room without an apology from the front desk hotel and complimentary. Totally Un recommend this hotel. Some more, this time the was heavy construction along Cornice Road. Before
