Close proximity to our son. It is clean and comfortable. Appreciate the snack basket. Enjoyed being able to spend time together as a family.

The house was very clean and very cute!! I liked the fact there was everything you could have possibly needed or wanted to cook with if you chose to do that while your stay. We did not however do any cooking there. The basket of goodies was very nice and helpful for a fast snack!! The fresh flowers upon arrival was a very nice touch too. Made us feel very welcome!!
When I made coffee the first morning there were expired coffee creamers in the cabinet by the coffee. But I just threw them away. It did not stop me from giving an excellent review!! But future might want to look at that if your going to keep them. It was nice to see coffee creamers there as we got in late and did not stop to get any before going to the house.

Personal touches (snack basket, flowers, coffee/tea, a handwritten note) made this stay great! Very welcoming! Also loved that they had a pack & play available. Location was perfect (15min to whiskey row and close to family in Prescott Valley, quiet neighborhood with good food nearby), and the guest binder made everything super easy. Would definitely stay here again!
Minor comfort things- pillows were a little flat and the bathrooms were kind of cramped. Shower in the hallway was difficult to figure out and shower in the master would be inconvenient for anyone taller than ~5'9". Also felt like the cleaning task list before checkout was a bit longer than the average B&B, so it helps to plan a little extra time on departure day.

It was clean. The location was perfect for us, close to our son. We really enjoyed hanging out as a family, playing games and cooking. The amenities were nice, from a welcome basket to coffee to shampoos and soaps. The outdoor area was nice to just relax or play some games. Definitely will stay again!
We had a problem with ants the last day.
