Luxury Studio Cozy & comfy Walk-Dubai Mall Newly Revonated

The size of the room and the location was perfect. Its more like a 15-20min walk to Dubai mall not 10mins. The floor level of the room was good (floor 17- had a good view)

The lighting in the room was poor. Not bright enough. There was no mat provided for the shower so I had to sacrifice two of my towels which got soaking wet everyday along with the floor. Im not sure if this is a general issue but there was never any cold water in the shower it was always piping hot- not sure if it was due to the weather or a fault but very uncomfortable showering in hot water in 45 degree heat. There were little gjost/pharaoh ants in the kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe. (Not a massive issue and not always there but I did see them a few times too many which was annoying and seeing them in the wardrobe was my last straw) Im not sure if this is a general issue across dubai or just an issue in this building but sealing all the cracks would really help. The reception staff were unhelpful. I ran out of toilet tissue unexpectedly and needed to use the toilet and asked the reception staff if they had any or a toilet I could use and they said "theres nothing they can do about it and that i should contact my host" not even suggesting to use the downstairs public toilet or where I could purchase tissue from. Nonetheless when I contacted the host, although some delay the issue was resolved. Overall my stay was good despite the very minor issues. I would stay again but hope these things are rectified. This review is specific to my stay and you may not experience these issues or any at all but I would recommend this accommodation. Its convenient, quiet and local to a lot of good spots all around dubai.

I like the design and furniture in the property. The location was very good

On booking it stated there would be a sofa bed however there was not. There was one double bed! Which stated extra large but standard double there was 3 of us so when we arrived at 4am this was frustrating the owner told us there was an air bed so at 4am pumping up an air bed was not ideal! Single air bed! There was a low amount of towels and bedding so we had to ask for more. No cleaner came in during our stay! The WiFi stopped working on day 2 so we had no TV and no wifi this was not sorted until the next day when we had to leave our property door open to let the owner in! The pool is good but only about 6 sun beds and there is only sun covering the whole area till 12pm after that it is a small section of the pool which gets sun! We were arriving early hours so asked for an early check in but the owner made us pay for another night despite not being there for the extra night!
