Molto comodo avere la piscina, posizione ideale per la movida

Parcheggio interno troppo piccolo e quasi sempre al completo, in cucina non appena si lascia una tazza sul lavabo con qualche chicco di zucchero sul fondo arrivano le formiche

Ottima struttura che si trova in una zona strategica, ideale per spostarsi comodamente a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. C’è una piacevole vista sulla piscina che rende l’ambiente ancora più piacevole. Ho apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti e la disponibilità dell’host.

Non è presente l'aria condizionata, ma c'è un ventilatore a disposizione. In ogni caso, tenendo le finestre aperte si stava bene.

The complex itself is a bit run down, but the apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great central location. Francesco the host was the best! So accommodating and had the apartment ready for us early, also allowed us to stay later on our check out day, as we had a later flight. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Loved the balcony for sitting in the evening. Pool was great, although it was a race for a sun lounger at opening time each morning!

Just thought I’d write an updated review as there hasn’t been much but this was an excellent property to stay at! Very in the centre of everything, gorgeous view of the balcony and bed was comfy and big. The private swimming pool is kept so well and there’s a mini bar and food place at it! Overall such a good spot paddy o Kelly’s bar across the road, Siam park and playas las americas and the beach was all within walking distance. There’s a supermarket and a convenient shop straight beside and across the apartment. Also there’s a smart TV with Netflix prime video etc, would definitely stay here again! And francessco was so attentive and was so helpful for when we arrived earlier than check in time!
