Top Location 1 Bedroom with Terrace by Buena Vista

Good location, close to the ferry terminal, all the restaurants and well connected to everything. The stay itself was very comfortable, big spacious apartment. The staff replies on messages very fast.

This is more about agreements and rules etc.. The amount of massages and notifications are huge... Everything is about that rental agreement and what happened, after all that massages, signed agreement, deposit 250e( which now i need to wait maybe 4 weeks) we get the wrong information of apartment number. After 15 minutes of investigation why we got the wrong key, we realized that the key is for another apartment we found maintenance guys changing the lights, and waited 30-35 min after the check in time that was proposed in signed agreement. About deposit, you should give a choice to go with card or with cash, and to return cash immediately after check out. Not a big deal everything mentioned, but if you are strict with house rules(150e for additional cleaning if its necessary, 20-35e if you forgot your keys in apartment and other things..) then we as your customers expect from you to be precise 100%.

Very convenient for everything we wanted. Nice and big and lovely veranda.

Noisy air conditioning unit in the bedroom so couldn’t put it on while sleeping which was annoying.

Wonderful location, lovely space and great facilities

There really wasn't anything I could quibble about!

Did not like agents requirement to sign a rental agreement. The place is ok but needs maintenance
