-Easy self-check-in and check-out process -Good location, if you'd like to stay somewhere a bit suburban. Literally 50 metres from a big supermarket and mall, and not too far from various local shops. Frequent buses to the centre. Felt like a safe area. -Lots of storage space throughout the apartment -Comfortable bed -The apartment I booked had a great little private outdoor patio with a parrilla -Very good Internet -The host Santiago was responsive and pleasant (though he often seemed to be in a hurry)
-Some little maintenance issues with the appliances. The combined electric stove/oven also wasn't the best for cooking - Seemed like the stovetops only had one temperature setting. No drying rack for dishes. -Some noise from renovation work in the building while I was there - probably just temporary -Not much light in the parrilla area at night, even if you can find the light switch behind the fridge
