Très bel endroit, bien décoré, très propres et bien équipé. Propriétaires disponibles et sympathique. Rien a redire c était parfait pour 4 couples avec enfants.

Une grande maison spacieuse avec un bon agencement, rien à redire pour la propreté. Communication avec les propriétaires très facile et disponible. Nous avons passer un superbe séjour. Nous vous recommandons cette maisons.

.Swimming pool excellent, 28deg & 1.5mtr deep, well filtered & (presumably) auto-dosed. 6 x good sunbeds & 4 x comfy chairs on deck area. .Indoor dining table big enough for 12 (used only once) and extremely well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, 2 x fridges & freezer, induction hob, ovens etc all as new. . Outdoor table & chairs very comfortable for 12 people with excellent s/s (easy clean) electric grill. . 5 x spacious bedrooms (+ sofa bed in games room) with good storage & TVs (French only). . Small comfy lounge area with wi-fi TV. . Beautiful en-suites to 2 bedrooms with excellent showers & lovely bathroom on top floor with hand-held shower. . Huge TV in games room with good-sized pool table. . Laundry room with large washing m/c. . Good Wi-Fi throughout house & grounds. . Ample secure parking for around 6 cars. . Decor exceptionally smart throughout. . Various deck areas for sun / shade. . Pretty good location 20 mins drive to Saint Nazaire & 30-40 mins to great beaches. . 7 mins easy drive to Pont Chateau with a selection of bars & restaurants.

. Maybe a French norm but NONE of the 3 bathrooms had toilets. . Toilets on 1st & 2nd floor had no wash-basins. . No way of closing off en-suites from bedroom and bedroom doors from games room opened directly in line with showers (Poor design). . Only comfy seating for 5 in lounge (rest had to sit on stools or dining chairs). . Property difficult to find as main gates are not in the road advertised as the address (even the French DPD driver couldn't find the property to deliver an item we ordered from Decathlon sports.). . No pre-warning of the church bells 100mtrs away which started with a wake-up peel at 7:03 every morning - VERY INTRUSIVE.
