This spacious 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is ideal for large families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway with breathtaking views and easy beach access just steps away. Designed with both functionality and style in mind, Duneside features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a well-equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals a breeze. Multiple decks on both sides of the home provide the perfect setting to enjoy sunrises over the ocean and peaceful evenings with the sound of the waves. Two of the bedrooms offer king beds with private ensuite bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy—one conveniently located on the second floor and the other on the third. The remaining bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate guests of all ages. Duneside is also pet-friendly, making it easy to bring your furry companions along for the trip. A portion of the yard is fully fenced, offering a safe and secure space for pets or children to play. Located just a short 3-minute drive from the local aquarium and nearby attractions, this home provides both seclusion and convenience. Whether you're lounging on the deck, enjoying the beach just outside your door, or exploring the surrounding area, Duneside is the perfect coastal escape for making lasting memories. WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added. VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
