Està molt ben situat, en el centre de Burdeus i aprop de tot. És còmode, està decorat amb gust i és molt tranquil.
L’unica cosa és que l’entrada de baix està una mica abandonada i no massa neta; supòs que no depèn de la nostra amfitriona sinó de tota la comunitat de veïns. També, dins l’apartament, no hi ha lloc als armaris per penjar res.
