We had a hen party of 16 women and everyone was blown away! Many large beautiful bedrooms, an amazing karaoke/games room, wonderful dining area. The kitchen was fantastic for entertaining too!

Such a fantastic and welcoming house.
It has everything you would need for your stay.
So much space and loads of bedrooms. We stayed as an extended family for our mum's special birthday.
The hot tub and disco room were big hits with young and older relatives.
The location is perfect for exploring the Castlewellan and Newcastle areas. We especially enjoyed visiting Castlewellan and Tollymore Parks.
The owner was very helpful and thoughtful. Definitely recommend Annsborough House.
Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Relaxed large rooms & plenty of outside space. Enough bathroom facilities

The house was clean
Hot tub was lovely
Some of the pictures displayed were outdated. The swings area is unsafe (ground not even)- one picture of the side of the house the wood is being held up by a rope again very unsafe.
Garden area very untidy
Bath/shower in one of the rooms was all broke
Door knobs off in loads of the rooms.
Disco room- projector didn’t work for us
Karaoke machine not working- I had to use my own microphones.
Some of the hobs are not working
The price of the place was far too expensive for the way the place has been left- needs a lot of TLC
Would have been nice to be left with maybe some shower gel etc especially for the price we paid for two nights
