    As other reviews said, the noise. But extreme noise. So sad because all the other stuff are really good. Especially the restaurant and the staff

    location right at the intersection of two arterial roads and unfortunately they were doing construction work around the area so not recommended for light sleepers as traffic starts to get heavy earlier in the morning. Staff were lovely otherwise and provided ear plugs

    The room was a bit dirty, and the space is quite small — not really suitable if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, as there’s barely any space to put your things. I would recommend this room for 2 people instead of 3, as there’s very limited space even to stand comfortably. What was quite unacceptable was the cleanliness of the bedding. It was very clear that the bedsheets had not been changed, there was hair, nail clippings, and visible stains from previous guests, which was quite unpleasant. We did request room service, and I even took out the pillowcase to make it easier for them to replace, but it was left untouched (my bed was on the upper level). The air conditioning was not very cold, and the water heater kept tripping, so we had to constantly monitor it. There was also only one temperature setting, with no way to adjust it. Overall, the stay was quite uncomfortable.

    0.5박을 위해 엘리베이터가 없는줄 모르고 예약했다가 28인치 캐리어 들고 오르는데 손목 나갈뻔함 조심하세요 ㅋㅋ
