Host was always in regular contact and accommodating of our needs in terms of check-in and check-out. Instructions were clearly given. The apartment was better than what we expected. Our stay was extremely comfortable and was definitely beyond our expectations!
Not a major issue, but the neighbours staying on the top floor of the house were noisy, might have been students enjoying a night out. Nevertheless did not bother us much

The morden decor was really nice & the little extra touches like complementary shower gel, shampoo etc & tea, coffee, sugar. Netflix & a washing machine was nice little extras. Close to the city centre & parking which was a must have for us.
The bathroom could do with a little revamp as it let's the look down at the moment & it's really small things like renew the grouting & replacing the sealant around Bath,would make a huge difference.
