Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit insgesamt ordentlicher Ausstattung..Schönes Grundstück mit Südterrasse. Bad mit bodengleicher Duschhe, 2 Schlafräume mit sehr gute Betten, die Einzelbetten haben wir nicht benutzt.
Das liegt nah an nah an einer Durchgangsstraße die manchmal störend ist. Die Terrasse hat nur einen Betonboden und der Sonnenschutz muss insgesamt verbessert werden. Der Sonnenschirm war kaputt wurde umgehend ersetzt und der TV war nicht eingestellt. (Danke an Benoit).

Grande propreté, très bon agencement, literies confortables, pièces lumineuses, bons equipements, jardin bien exposé.
2 petits bémols : - la haie n a pas encore assez poussé, le jardin est exposé à la vue et au coin de 2 routes assez passantes. - l'Isolation sonore à l'intérieur de la maison n'est pas au top (on entend chaque bruit demaison dans les chambres).

Easily accessible new-build house situated on the road between St Marguerite and Varengeville-sur-Mer with a nice garden, very comfortably laid out and in perfect condition. Clean amenities and nice welcome touches (bottle of local apple juice and jam, local information pamphlets). Very quiet (only the sound of the sheep in the next field), very comfortable beds and easy key collection made our short stay stress-free and cosy. We highly recommend "Villa Marguerite" for couples or families.
No WIFI (as far as we knew) and the satellite TV did not seem to work (not that we needed it as we were out and about enjoying the wonderful surroundings). No egg cups and a bread knife seems to be missing but all in all, well-equipped.
