We had a great time in Calpe and will definitely be returning to this apartment! Thanks again.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could want for your holiday. The aircon was great which you need for the summer time! The location was perfect, so close to the old town (great restaurants) and a 3minute walk to the beach (best one). The swimming pool in the complex was never too busy either and all facilities in the complex were spotless. The host was very accommodating and was happy to help with any queries we had about the apartment or anything in Calpe and also provided beach towels. The property itself is very modern and has an underground carpark which was very secure for the car.

Lovely apartment, great value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was homely, comfortable, bright and clean. It was exactly as seen in the photos. We really liked having sea views from both rooms and from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very good. The apartment had just about everything you could need & the hosts kindly left a few items to welcome us. Communication from our hosts was also excellent, they were accommodating and helpful. The location was also great, being very close to shops, restaurants and, of course the beach. It was also very handy having a car parking space in the underground car park. It was great value for money.

almost nothing, we could not understand how to pull down the blind in the bedroom, but it was probably something we were doing wrong & we never asked the hosts.

Klein maar compleet.

Alles was aanwezig voor 2 personen inclusief wasmachine en afwasmachine. Fijne privé parkeerplaats. Het strand dichtbij.

Het appartement was wel erg klein met 2 stoelen en een bankje. Van de boulevard naar boven lopen is pittig. Geen tot nauwelijks contact met de verhuurder, ook niet bij het vertrek.

Prachtige locatie, fris en heerlijk schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel fijn. Wat fijn dat er gratis gebruik gemaakt kan worden van de afgesloten parkeergarage onder het complex. Op loopafstand van het strand en boulevard met alle gezellige restaurantjes

Top locatie en schoon appartement, interieur is verouderd/versleten en douche wordt snel koud.

De locatie was top! Je loopt zo het oude centrum in en bent ook zo op het strand en de boulevard met leuke terrassen. Het balkon heeft een perfecte ligging met de hele dag zon, uit de wind en uitzicht op zee.

De kwaliteit van de meubels was matig. Het bed is te kort voor langen mensen (1.90m), het matras zakt te ver door en de kussens hebben geen vulling. De bank is van dezelfde matige kwaliteit, daar ga je niet uitgebreid lekker op zitten. Ook misten we een kledingkast op de slaapkamer. Het kleine dressoir en kledingrek met slechts een aantal hangers biedt te weinig ruimte om kleding van twee personen voor een week op te bergen. Daarnaast werd het water van de douche standaard na 1 a 2 minuten koud, waardoor je heel gehaast moet douchen en amper tijd hebt om rustig je haar te wassen.

Vackert utsikt över havet! Trevligt område vid gamla stad nära till restauranger. Kort gångavstånd till finaste strand med fantastisk panorama över buchten och Ifach. Modern lägenhet med alla faciliteter. Mycket hjälpsamt värdinna! Vi återkommer gärna.

Geweldig verblijf in een gezellig en schoon appartement met prachtig uitzicht.

We werden verwelkomt door een aardige dame die ons de parkeergarage wees. Heel fijn om een eigen plek in de garage te hebben. Het appartement was heel netjes en schoon. Het is ook heel compleet ingericht en de airco werkt heel goed. De ligging is heel gunstig, vlakbij het sfeervolle oude centrum van Calpe waar je 's avonds lekker kunt eten of een terrasje pakken. Ook het strand is redelijk dichtbij, het enige nadeel is dat de straat erheen enorm steil is. Wij namen de auto en parkeerden in de parkeergarage direct aan het strand. Dit was erg handig daar op het strand geen ligbedden en parasols verhuurd worden vóór 1 juli. Die moet je dus zelf meenemen. Het appartement heeft prachtig uitzicht op zee en de grote rots voor Calpe. Ook kijk je op een onverhard parkeerterrein zonder vakken. Wij hebben ons kostelijk vermaakt met de creativiteit van verschillende chauffeurs om de auto toch te partkeren ook als dit eigenlijk niet mogelijk was. Extra blij ben je dan met de garage onder je appartement. Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie.

Wij vonden het bed van slechts 140 cm breed niet zo'n succes. Het matras was prima maar wij hadden liever een breder bed gehad.

Pobyt w Apartapence w Calpe był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Apartament zachwycił nas czystością i świeżością – wszystko dosłownie lśniło. Do tego wnętrze było perfekcyjnie wyposażone, nie brakowało absolutnie niczego, co mogłoby się przydać podczas pobytu. Lokalizacja idealna – wszędzie blisko, a zarazem spokojnie. Ogromne wrażenie zrobiła na nas właścicielka, Alicia. Ciepła, serdeczna, zawsze dostępna i zaangażowana. Kontakt z nią był nie tylko bezproblemowy, ale też pełen życzliwości i autentycznego zaopiekowania. Na miejscu czekała na nas miła niespodzianka w postaci butelki wina, co od razu wprowadziło nas w wakacyjny nastrój. Równie pięknym gestem było zorganizowanie transferu z lotniska. Kierowca, Valerii, mimo późnej pory zabrał nas na nocną przejażdżkę po Calpe, dzieląc się ciekawostkami o mieście i jego zakątkach. Na uwagę zasługuje również przemiła dziewczyna, która czekała na nas z kluczami – była przeurocza, bardzo pomocna i w przeciągu chwili opowiedziała nam wszystko, co warto było wiedzieć. Mówiła pięknym angielskim i naprawdę świetnie się Ją słuchało. Najbardziej doceniliśmy możliwość zostania w apartamencie dłużej niż do godziny 11. Dzięki temu mogliśmy w pełni cieszyć się ostatnim dniem, nie martwiąc się o bagaże czy czas przed późnowieczornym lotem. To miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Z całego serca polecam i daję zasłużone 10/10.

Calpe, en este apartamento, Matrícula de honor.

Brutal calidad-precio BRU-TAL. Viajamos ya casi 20 años seguidos a Calpe, y creo que podemos ofrecer una opinión sincera y objetiva del alojamiento en apartamento. Lo dicho! Inmejorable situación (ya lo sabíamos), preciosa bajada a la playa (500m??)... Hombre, si tuviera 90 años, pues luego hay que subir unas escaleras muy empinadas, pero perfectamente factibles. En cambio, tiene la mejor panorámica del peñón y la playa del Arenal Boix. El apartamento, para dos personas el mejor: LIMPIO a más no poder, Funcionaba todo perfectamente, El menaje... No faltaba DE NADA, y estaba casi a estrenar. Cafetera, Cocina de 4 fuegos, horno, una nevera grande... Una terraza grandísima y con vistas al mar!!! El personal: Lo mejor!!! Tony nos estaba esperando para las llaves puntual como un reloj, nos explicó en un periquete todas las entradas al apartamento, al parking, el apartamento, la forma de contacto con ellas por si hubiera cualquier problema... Un encanto ella y Alicia, que, de víspera, ésta última nos hizo el check-in de manera online... 10 de 10 a ellas dos. Y el precio, la verdad, que para volver siempre allí.

Por decir algo: La temperatura del agua :) Pero de ellas no depende jis jis.

Acogedor, bonito y muy limpio!

El apartamento es muy acogedor, Pequeño pero perfecto para parejas, se nota que está preparado con cariño, tiene todo lo que necesitas, detalles como cápsulas de café, aceite, infusiones, una pequeña cocina muy funcional. Lo mejor es la terraza y la luz que entra con el mar al fondo. Es una zona muy tranquila del pueblo y andando a 5 minutos del centro antiguo y de la playa. Con garage privado cerrado. La limpieza absolutamente impecable. Nos ha encantado!

Por decir algo, la ducha es pequeña. Pero no desmereció para nada el resto.

Super lokalizacja. Wygodny apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Na dole serwis rowerowy i wypożyczalnia. Jak jedziesz na rower to super sprawa. Blisko do centrum. Parking podziemny w cenie. Miły kontakt. Ostatniego dnia poprosiłem o przedłużenie doby aby wziąć prysznic po rowerze i nie było z tym problemu! Mogłem zostać do wieczora (gratis). Super! Polecam!

Vistas al mar, piso moderno y con garaje incluido

Moderno, buena ubicación con vista al mar, parking incluido y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos 5 días, así que perfecto para parejas tanto en época de verano como en noviembre (fuimos a desconectar). Por cierto el internet genial para teletrabajar y el trato de Alicia inmejorable.
