L'appartement est petit et sombre, dans une station balnéaire luxueuse et toute neuve, interdite aux non-résidents, une sorte de ghetto chic. Hors saison, il n'y a rien à y faire à part se balader au bord de la plage déserte. Seul un restaurant est ouvert. Pas de commerce. Juste devant l'entrée, un énorme chantier (poussière, boue, camions...). Quelques minuscules épiceries dans le hameau voisin. Il vaut mieux apporter des provisions.
