Apartamento nuevo, muy bonito y cómodo.

Muy mala atención. No hay servicio prácticamente. No teníamos papel higiénico en el apartamento y aunque intentamos pedirlo por todos los medios, nunca nos lo llevaron. Fue muy incómodo. Tampoco hubo nadie que respondiera horas antes de llegar al lugar cuando tratamos de comunicarnos porque la dirección no nos llevaba al sitio.

The apartment was okay, spacious, and generally clean. However, some of the bed linens did not meet expectations, as they had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, more blankets and pillows should be provided when the sofa bed is used.

This is not a place for tourists; it is more suitable for people who need a temporary accommodation solution (students or temporary workers). There is no reception at night, and is very small. In the morning, the woman at the front desk is polite, but it is clear that she is juggling multiple jobs: working both for the nursing home and, when possible, for the hotel reception. There are no welcome instructions, no information about available services, and no communication regarding cleaning schedules. Upon arrival at 11 p.m. with a 4-year-old child, I was asked to fill in personal information to access the property, even though all this information had already been provided to the host and only needed to be verified. Services and instructions about the place were missing, we found ourselves trapped in the 1st floor because the lift was not working This type of accommodation should not be listed here.
