Das Haus lag direkt am Fließ und man konnte die zum Haus dazugehörigen Boote gleich am Steg ins Wasser lassen. Auch Fahrräder standen am Haus bereit. Schöne Wiese für Sport und Spiel. Streichelzoo, Restaurant gleich über die Straße, auch Minigolfanlage.
Kopfkissen wie ein Ballon und zu warme Decken für den Sommer.

Die Ausstattung war schön. Die Lage war sehr idyllisch direkt an einem kleinen Kanal.
