Ce serait intéressant de préciser que l’appartement est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur.

Un emplacement idéale pour rayonner sur la côte Est même s’il faut tenir compte des bouchons autour de Catane. Appartement très bien équipé et proche du centre d’Acireale. La terrasse est agréable avec vue mer.
Pour monter les étages avec les bagages il faut être en forme. La chambre en extension sur la terrasse est un peu moins isolée (bruit , chaleur) mais la belle vue compense.
