In der Auflistung der Ausstattung stand ganz klar Klimaanlage vorhanden(das war der Grund wieso wir gebucht haben) und es hatte KEINE Klimaanlage!!
Bei 42grad am Tag war es wirklich heiss und niemand konnte richtig schlafen!
Zusätzlich konnten wir nicht persönlich reklamieren weil beim Check-out niemand vom Personal aufwindbar war! Sind wirklich enttäuscht
