The location was not what i expected

The beddings

Very handy and comfortable.

No teapot or instructions for heating or coffee maker. A couple of clip-on bed lights would have helped rather than the very very dim lighting that existed.

Really impressed by comfort and cleanliness, everything we needed peaceful night stay.

Nothing

The two reclining chairs in the lounge were comfortable. Bed was comfortable as well.

It was very hard to sleep with all the noise from neighbouring flats which went on until the early hours of the morning. This wasn’t people partying simply stomping around upstairs banging doors and talking loudly. Kids running around till after midnight. Flat could do with some simple touches, for example there is very little in the kitchen. For example, no bottle opener. Just a few knives and forks. There are self closing fire doors between the rooms which make moving around a bit awkward Furthermore, we had some questions which went unanswered until we had left the property and checked out. This is because there is an AI bot running the background Customer Service. So if you have a problem, don’t expect a quick reply
