SOL luxury residence near the beach with shared heated pool

Everything; an exceptional place where owners have thought of everything. It’s even nicer than in the pictures, and the view is worth a million. A wonderful place if you want to avoid crowds and relax quietly.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply perfect. Ana and Filip are outstanding hosts who are clearly experienced in welcoming guests. They were always friendly, helpful, and available whenever needed. The accommodation is exceptionally well equipped. We especially appreciated the barbecue with plenty of charcoal provided, as well as the stand-up paddle boards (SUPs), which added a lot of fun to our stay. The level of service felt more like a hotel than a holiday rental. Fresh towels were provided regularly, and the bathrooms were stocked with shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. There was also a dedicated utility room with cleaning supplies, paper towels, and plenty of toilet paper. Many everyday essentials were already available, including coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and other basic items. We would only recommend buying a few groceries in Zadar before arrival. The view of the harbor is almost perfect, and the pool is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The location is another major advantage: within one minute you can reach a supermarket and three restaurants. Having a private parking space directly at the house made everything even more convenient. We spent nine wonderful days here and can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Croatia.

We tried to think of something for this section, but honestly, we couldn't. Everything was excellent and made for a perfect holiday experience.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Everything is very modern and clean. The hosts were very helpful and gave us recommendations. The view over the harbour is beautiful.
